Kathy and her staff are fantastic to work with. They have catered countless events for us both on campus as well as at the Presidential Residence. They have been exceptionally accommodating, continually creating the perfect menu for each individualized event. The staff is courteous, hard-working and reliable. It’s clear that customer service is a priority for them, and we are thankful for their dedication to the important work they do.
University Catering has great food – especially their pie (blueberry pie with ice cream is my favorite). But what I appreciate the most is the staff. They are so easy to work with and will work with you to develop a menu to help meet everyone’s needs. They even helped me with cleaning up centerpieces after my event. Dining Services always go out of their way to be helpful, and I appreciate it.

I have worked with the University Catering for the 18 years that I’ve been at the university. I have used University Catering for all of the event needs of break food and beverages and for the mealtime food and beverages. We have had them cater events that ranged from simple boxed meals to various buffets up to serving our events where we served different entrees being available for choices and served this fine meal on linen table cloth tables with silver and linen service. They have done an outstanding job of catering for everything from small events, where there were maybe only six or so individuals involved, to our larger events with around 150 or more people involved. The food has always been very tasty and presented more professionally than expected. The food and presentations have always been well received by our audience. The staff at University Catering are stellar! The same staff consistently knows and even anticipates our specific needs. This is most helpful so that things don’t get missed during busy times of the year or during stressful times. I can’t share all of the positive accolades regarding the food, the service or the helpfulness of the University Catering department. I always enjoy the opportunity to share their food and beverage service and enjoy working with all of the wonderful expert staff in their department.
